We all look forward to the holidays all year…but what we don’t look forward to are the cavities, infections, and gum disease that can come from too much of the worst kind of food. Try to find some creative alternatives to sugary food; set limits on how much and how often you put out holiday treats…and how quickly you remove them to avoid endless munching. Drinking a lot of water; it’s never a bad idea, and, as always: moderation!
